what is home?

A writing exercise for a home book is what ended up inspiring my project as I pondered on the question of what is home? This prompt came to me at a tough time in my life, but ended up being very therapeutic in making. This book felt like a journal entry or diary which I tried to convey through the book itself and handwritten elements. Restrictive to B&W and Helvetica, to represent the original writing that I typed up and inspired the book. This later contrasted with my own handwriting to show the humanity and emotion of what I was feeling through notes and doodles to express my thoughts or add emphasis.
