Home is where my things are

Home is where my things are is my version of a zine by artist Victor Guan’s Home is where our things are. This came from a project where we prompted to make our own version of an existing publication. Victor’s book caught my attention for it’s beautiful cover but also because of the content. Our “things” can be very symbolic and hold many different meanings. My zine is a personal take on my own things, as a collector or hoarder of many. I wanted a way to memorialize my room so I can reflect on it in the future.
