La Vie En Rose

“Seeing through rose colored lenses” was the phrase that inspired me for this project. It’s a quote I try to use as a mantra and the text of the book acts as a journal. I contemplate what the phrase means to me and my current state of mind as I tell the story behind taking these photos on my film camera. I imagine this book as a continuation, and happier little sister, of my “what is home?” book from a year prior.
